How fit are your feet?

Your feet are the most important yet most neglected part of your body when it comes to your exercise programs.  

We start with the feet and introduce exercise to your feet inside your shoes which assist in activating the 40 muscles of your feet and your entire posterior chain.

Running Assessment

Most people believe because they can walk they can run. When in fact, from the earliest days parents pushed their kids to walk, the compensation began to take root.

High school athletes struggle with running technique as a results of early training focused on quantity versus quality of exercises.  

In this course you'll discover how to cause any athlete walk and run more efficiently with less effort!

Functional Movement Screen

The "average high school athlete" scores less than 50% on our Functional Movement Screen which consists of a non-weight bearing "Overhead Squat". 

In a study of the biomechanics and efficiency of over 1,000 high school athletes in grades 9 through 12,  one hundred percent (100%) of the participants scored under 50%. We contribute this to the fact their bodies are still developing and growing.

Lifting heavy weights without the ability to recruit specific muscles can lead to what appears to be physically developed athletes who finds a way to compensate for their own strengths and weaknesses just to participate in organized sports.
