(2) The Vision for Causing Any Athlete to Run Faster and Injury Free (1-2 hours)


This lecture changes the way thousands of runners and coaches approach running. Using scientific evidence, several current unjustified practices are questioned. Training planning, biomechanics, flexibility, orthotics and shoes: this lecture provides professional advice as well as several tips on how to prevent injuries... and run faster NOW!




(3) Myths and Realities About Running (1 hour)


This lecture debunks false beliefs and popular myths that people still think are true today concerning running, using scientific evidence. Rigorous, filled with new concepts and presented with a good sense of humor, this powerful lecture might surprise you! Topics we’ll discuss include gazelles vs. compression socks, hydration, stretching, step rates, the impact of video analysis and more!




(4) How to Instantly Improve Any Athlete's Running Performance (2 hours)


This 2-4 hour lecture will provide you with practical tips to help you push your athletes limits. We'll touch on running faster for endurance sports, running biomechanics. This topic Interval training, running economy, physiological limits, VO2 max, shoes, HR training, and tapering will be discussed. Caution: You may end up cutting down every athlete's personal best times within the first 30 days!




(5) Fitness for Your Feet (1 to 2 hours)


The feet are the most important yet most neglected part of nearly every athlete's trainig program. In this section, you will discover recommendations for improving the function/dysfunction of the feet/ injury prevention and performance in running are unique and distinct from what is prescribed to most runners. Minimalist and maximalist shoes, foot contact, increased training volume and intense preparation are some of the subjects covered during this lecture. Supported by scientific evidence, the topics discussed here are supported by available research.




(6) Using The RunRite System: How to Assess & Interpret Running Biomechanics Data (2 Hours)


This lecture may be why you believe you enrolled in this course. Each athlete is an individual yet, coaches treat them like a group and teach to the middle. The cream always rises to the top when every one is doing the same thing. However, identifying areas for improvement unique to any individual athlete will lead to unprecedented performances for the entire team. In this lecture, you'll learn how to use the RunRite System, read reports, and even understand the data behind the results.




(7) Implementing Corrective Exercises and Exercise Technique (2 hours)


This lecture is the secret to success of any athlete's results! Doing the exercises is only part of the challenge. Doing the exercises while avoiding falling back into old motor patterns and negatively impacted by the athlete's weaknesses, is the key to breakthrough performances! This is what you don't want to miss!




(1) Introduction to Setting Up, Launching, and Hosting The RunRite Challenge and Your Running Biomechanics Coaching Business (1-2 Hours)


This lecture serves as the introduction and overview of the entire program. In this section, we will discuss and assist you in putting all your event ducks in a row. We will guide you with selecting you site (if you do not own a brick and mortar location, our online athlete management software, accounting software, accepting payments, business principles, marketing, and recruiting runners or athlete who run to train for their sport to participate. When you are done with this introduction, you will not only know how to build your business or integrate this program into your existing business. We will help you build a complete stand alone running business or integrate biomechanics testing into your current business as I walk you through it all -step by step!
