Our program addresses any individual’s physical imbalances in strength and flexibility which can assist any athlete in reducing their risk of running injuries and quickly improve running performance.

TWO DAY EDUCATIONAL CLINICS

IMPROVING RUNNING PERFORMANCE

AND REDUCING THE RISK OF RUNNING INJURIES

 

Our two (2) day seminar is created to provide athletes, runners as well as sports and health professionals with access to discover how to assist runners and athletes who run with achieving their most efficient, biomechanically correct running technique, and how to  use video analysis and our proprietary running biomechanics assessment tools to measure and analyze running gait and identify errors in movement that produces ineffective technique and lead to overuse injuries.

During this immersive learn by doing clinic and seminar, participants will learn how to impact each athlete's physical performance factors which impact running technique and injury risk, increase speed and endurance, how to prevent running related injuries and remain injury free.

Everyone is welcome to participate! Whether it’s for your own benefit or to help others.

Coaches participating in a Z Running Factory camp, clinic, or seminar (with or without their athletes) will discover how to use the methodology of Z Running Factory to pin point areas where each of their athletes can improve based on our unique, individual assessment featuring The RunRite System (Click Here to Learn More About The RunRite System).   

 

Coaches are invited to have some of their athletes present at the event where one of our certified  Z Run Factory coaches will assist each coach in using The RunRite System on real athletes causing breakthrough on the spot for athletes in attendance.
