Small Group Sessions
We offer a variety of small group fitness
classes for you to work with a Personal Fitness Coach to assist you in achieving your unique fitness and sports performance goals.  As a student in our training programs, you will receive additional homework or corrective exercises to do on your own outside of class.   
Our Z FIT, Runner Fitness Challenge Training, Bootcamps, Women on Weights and Corrective Exercises Classes are designed to assist you in achieving breakthroughs.
We limit our group training sessions to a maximum of 6 people per class.  
No instructor can really provide enough care to 20 people in a room when learning exercise technique-even for those who believe they have mastered technique.


One on One Sessions
Some times you need some TLC to address your specific fitness and sports performance needs.
To assist you, we offer a limited number of hours available for working one on one with one of our Sports and Fitness Performance Coaches for...   
  • Running and Fitness Biomechanics Assessments
  • 3D Overhead Squat Functional Movement & Biomechanics Screen
  • 3D Golf Swing Fitness Assessment
  • One on One Personal Training and Coaching  Programs.

Zig Ziegler is an expert Kinesiologist specializing in Kinesiotherapy, Speed Training, Vertical Leap Performance, Post Rehab Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise.    Zig has over 27 years of experience working with individuals and teams includes teaching students about exercise physiology, nutrition, weight loss, fitness, biomechanics, altitude training, Vo2 testing and improvement, and sports performance improvement.
In his career, Zig has also developed wearable systems for monitoring and measuring running technique- www.irunrite.com. Other biomechanics systems developed by Zig include technology for analyzing human movement including golf swings, pitching/throwing biomechanics, baseball/softball swing biomechanics, soccer kicking biomechanics, and basketball shooting biomechanics, and functional movement screening.

Zig has also spent over 17 years in sports talk radio and television. Zig is currently the host of The RunRite Challenge on airing Saturday mornings 7:00 am- 8:00 am MST on ESPN Radio-Denver
Personal: As an athlete, Zig grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas.  Zig competed collegiately in Track and Field earning All American honors in the Long Lump, 400M Hurdles and 110M Hurdles. He is the proud father of his 22-year-old daughter, Dominque, who recently graduated from The Walter Cronkite School for Journalism at Arizona State University.
