Small Group Sessions
We offer a variety of small group fitness
classes for you to work with a Personal Fitness Coach to assist you in achieving your unique fitness and sports performance goals. As a student in our training programs, you will receive additional homework or corrective exercises to do on your own outside of class.
Our Z FIT, Runner Fitness Challenge Training, Bootcamps, Women on Weights and Corrective Exercises Classes are designed to assist you in achieving breakthroughs.
We limit our group training sessions to a maximum of 6 people per class.
No instructor can really provide enough care to 20 people in a room when learning exercise technique-even for those who believe they have mastered technique.
