Our program is designed to improve the individual strengths and weaknesses of each athlete’s body which impacts their jumping ability and footwork.
While strengthening any weaknesses, our coaches teach each athlete how to maximize their jumping ability and speed.
Athletes entering our program begin with assessments to identify the areas of each athlete’s body which impacts their ability to jump.
During and after our program it is up to each athlete to continually apply what they have learned about how to jump properly to game or sport.
