Hey, I'm Zig Ziegler, The Sports Kinesiologist and I am glad you're here!
I help assist athletes and coaches in achieving breakthroughs in running performance and eliminating injuries by using proprietary technology and the science of kinesiology. I specialize in biomechanics assessments using motion capture technology, combined with an extensive background in sports Kinesiology. Over the past 27 years, my journey has taken me into working relationships with over two dozen professional sports teams, hundreds of collegiate teams, and over 75,000 athletes.
As a former all-American hurdler, track and field has always been my passion. Back in 1992 when I started working with athletes, I knew there was something to my theory that in order to race fast, you had to train fast. And in order to maintain that kind of high intensity load, I discovered that becoming more efficient was the key. And measuring was the only way to know if athletes were being efficient and eliminating the guessing.
That first year of coaching made me hungry for more!
My biggest complaint throught out my entire career has been one simple thought: Why do other professionals ignore the individual athlete and instead focus on training athletes for the sport?
The answer? I didn't know what I didn't know until I started to measure HOW each athlete's body was moving and what each individual athlete could do to improve.
Now my program is the only program in the world where you will not hear about the benefits of olympic weightlifting or 60 inch box jumps for improving running performance. Nope!
You'll use 3D motion tracking sensors (MY RUNRITE SYSTEM) to identify exactly what you need to do to improve how your body moves. This will give us the information you need to target the areas of your body impacting your running performance and reduce your ris of injuries!
