The RunRite Challenge is the first fitness training program featuring wearable motion tracking sensors to monitor your exercise technique. During each coaching session,  each athlete will wear our proprietary body range of motion monitoring sensors to allow our coaches to create a truly unique workout experience for each individual like no other program in the world.


Each session is not only cutting edge. but unique to each athlete.   In comparison  to other faclities which base your workout on heart rate intensity, The RunRite program focuses on the quality of the movement.   Each athlete will burn 20%-30% more calories than any during other workout.

Program

(1) Improve Client's Vision and Running Mindset about Running


Improving this physical performance factor just may be the secret to success for any athlete's results! Doing the exercises is only part of the challenge. Doing the exercises without falling back into old motor patterns and negatively impacted by your weaknesses, is the key to breakthrough performances! Your weaknesses include your thoughts and intentions! This is what you don't want to miss!




(2) Improve Your Client's Running Balance and Symmetry


Balance is defined the even distribution of weight enabling you to remain upright and steady while you are running. Symmetry works with balance and is achieve when you are able to demonstrate an even distribution of weight enabling you to recruit the appropriate muscles for running. Is your ability to support your body the same on your right leg as it is on your left let? Do your arms work efficiently? Balance and symmetry of your body is essential to maximizing your ability to stay healthy and achieve what's possible in your running. This is the single most important physical performance factor!




(3) Improve Your Client's Specific Coordination


Coordination the ability to use different parts of your body together smoothly and efficiently is important to achieving your running goals and staying healthy. Improving your coordination means improving your body's ability for the appropriate muscles required for running to be recruited exactly the time your body needs them to activate. The results of your RunRite pre-program assessment provides you with essential drills to improve your client's coordination.




(4) Improve Your Client's Individual Strength and Stability


Most coaches believe "running strength" comes from running more and more miles. Developing and possessing the appropriate amount of running specific strength allows every runner to push running limits. I believe, true running strength requires strength in all of the muscles in your body used for running. How do you know if a "strength training" exercise is right for your clients? Or, just as importantly, if another exercise is wrong for your clients? What sets and reps should they do, how much weight should they lift, and how much rest do they take to develop strength and stability where you need it. This phase will result in improving their personal best times within the first 30 days!

When participants enroll in your RunRite Revolution: Get Fit 2 Run Program, each will receive:

 (Individualized Fitness in a group setting)

STEP ONE

  1. Client enrolls and registers for The Eight Week RunRite Fitness Breakthrough Program

  2. Client receives a Pre- Program Assessment of their Running Biomechanics

  3. Client receives One (1) Monthly Private Session with a coach or program leader to set and review your goals

  4. Client receives One Pair of our “In Shoe” 6 to 12 Week Foot Strengthening & Arch Activation Insoles Kit ($95 Value)

STEP TWO: 

  1. Client attends Sixteen (16) Group Coaching Sessions wearing The RunRite System  for 8 weeks - (an $800 Value)

  2. client checks out One (1) RunRite System for monitoring and tracking their exercise quality during each group session

  3. Client receives and follows their Individualized Eight Week RunRite Corrective Exercise and Training via our online portal 

     OPTIONAL:  Offer clients one on one or small group personal training with their individualized exercise program

STEP THREE:

  1. Client receive a Post- Program Assessment of their Running Biomechanics

  2. Client re-enrolls in the next 8 eight week program to repeat the course with a newly established RunRite Efficiency Score and new goals!
